Spot on and I think the thread should be ended on the above comment by 'Far Post'

Not the kind of responses you were expecting Kidders?

I'm not renewing. A 4-0 defeat is a fitting end for me at the toilet bowl.

Re: Embarrassing support
Couldn't help but laugh just after the 4th goal went in - looked at the big screen to be faced with 'Reminder - Renewal Deadline 31st May'

The support wasn't embarrassing, that performance was.

Re: Embarrassing support
I hardly know anyone renewing next season... BUT... you know what people are like... come the summer and all the bullshit promises they will probably fall hook line and sinker in it... and then say exactly the same at the end of NEXT season... it is an illness of sorts

Re: Embarrassing support
bloke next to me drinks in a boozer with 14 before every game, 3 of them renewing

Johnson trying to be positive but I agree with you

12 years of renewing and think I'll bin it off

The place will never light up as it's not fit for football.

Went to the bar after their 1st goal. I didn't return!

not as embarrassing as the wankers on the pitch

Hang on, it feels like home after one game against the Ys, what's wrong with you?

Re: Embarrassing support
Surely they can't nick you for your kid running onto the pitch?

REALGSA 10:02 Mon May 15
Re: Embarrassing support
Did anyone see that kid run on at the end?
He got a liverpool players shirt and then they nicked his dad in the stands.
Looked heavy handed on him...

The boy should of just said he was on his jacks...

I was home before the final whistle. The only result of the day in my opinion.

Re: Embarrassing support
I stayed because my nine year old wanted to do so. Don't know why any adult should be criticised for not staying. The season has been dire. The owners, manager and most of the players can go #### themselves.

Lertie Button,

RE: "Embarrassing support, embarrassing players, embarrassing owners, embarrassing stadium.
If we were a dog we'd be put down.
But slagging aside, what I'm waiting to hear it an acknowledgement of the mistakes of this season and a strategy to ensure they are not repeated."

Strategy! Ha! Ha ! Ha!

It isn't 'strategy', it is kidology...

The 'kidology project' will go full steam ahead over the Summer, with the 'usual suspects' making their usual 'kidology statements'...

"We tried to get Lionel Messi at the London Stadium, BUT blah, blah, blah...."

"Over the Summer, your Board have been working hard, as we have contacted well over 200 potential international players to come and play at the London Stadium, BUT blah, blah, blah...."

"All Summer we never had a holiday trying to get better players for West Ham Utd, but we did try...."

Re: Embarrassing support
chim chim cha boo,

RE: “So what can I do to register my disappointment and frustration. What can we do en mass to make the owners think they've dropped a bollock and alienated a lot of the core support?”

Bottom line, STOP feeding them with your hard earned money.

Support the Club by going to the away matches instead and for the home matches, form supporters groups all over the place to watch the West Ham matches in the pubs, en mass.

These current owners will eventually be gone. It may take a little time, BUT their days are numbered.

chim chim cha boo, you did ask…

Embarrassing effort more like.

Half arsed team gets half empty stadium. I'd say that's fitting.
